Craft Frame Media ("we", "us") produces video and photography for events and brands. This page explains what personal data this website collects and how it's handled.

Analytics

This site uses Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to see how many people visit and which pages they look at. It doesn't use cookies or any persistent identifier, and it can't be used to identify you individually — it only reports aggregate numbers (like "how many visits this week"), the same way any visitor could observe traffic to a public page. It also records when the email links in the Contact section are clicked, and when the play button on one of the films is pressed, each as a single count with no information about who clicked.

What this site does not do

Beyond the analytics above, this site runs no advertising trackers and sets no cookies of its own (the YouTube player, if you choose to play a film, is covered below). It doesn't run a contact form, so it never collects your name, email, or message through the site itself.

What it does store

The only thing this site saves in your browser is your English/Polish language choice, kept in localStorage on your own device so the site remembers it next time you visit. It's never transmitted anywhere and isn't a cookie.

Third-party services this site loads

Loading this page requests resources from a few outside services, each of which sees your IP address and basic request metadata (standard for any web request) when it's called:

• Netlify — hosts this site and serves every page you load here.
• Umami Cloud — collects the anonymous visit/click analytics described above.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site.
• cdnjs (Cloudflare) — serves the animation library (GSAP) used for scroll effects.
• YouTube (Google) — only after you press play on one of the films on the Festivals or Events / Corporate pages; the player is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com and, once playing, may store cookies or similar data on your device under Google's own policy. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play.

None of these are configured by us to track you across other sites. If you'd rather not make these requests at all, most browsers let you block third-party requests, though parts of the site (fonts, scroll animations, analytics, embedded films) won't work as intended.

If you contact us

If you email hello@craftframe-media.com or message us on Instagram, we receive whatever you choose to send (your email address or Instagram handle, and your message) so we can reply. We use it only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the project — never sold or passed on to third parties.
